Privacy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This page covers numerapp.xyz, the website. The Numera iOS app has its own in-app privacy policy, which will be linked from its App Store listing at launch.

What this site collects

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you typed, the moment you submitted it, which form on the site you used, and the referring URL your browser sent. That is the entire record. We do not ask for your name and we do not attempt to work it out.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, session recorders, or fingerprinting of any kind on this site. There are no cookies set by us. Your colour-theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

What we do with it

Your address is used for exactly one message: an email on the day Numera goes live on the App Store. There is no newsletter, no drip sequence and no second campaign. We do not sell, rent, trade or share the list with anybody.

Where it lives

Waitlist entries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, in a collection configured so that no browser can read from it — entries can only be added, never listed or retrieved from the client side. Google acts as our data processor. The site itself is served by Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived server request logs.

How long we keep it

Until launch, plus a short window afterwards for delivery retries — then the list is deleted. If Numera never launches, the list is deleted and nobody is ever emailed.

Your rights

Write to hello@numerapp.xyz and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Deletion is immediate and needs no explanation. If you're in the EU or UK, the legal basis for holding your address is consent — the act of submitting the form — and you can withdraw it at any time by the same email.

Children

Numera is designed for adults. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects anyone already on the list, we'll say so in the launch email rather than quietly editing this page.
